Technical-commercial intro – Royal BendPro
Designed to reduce trials and accelerate set-ups even with variable batches, Royal BendPro guides the operator from drawing to piece with a clear workflow: touch CNC with material/tool libraries, automatic sequence calculation and programming up to 3D with simulation. DXF import and dedicated libraries cut downtime and waste, increasing pieces/shift.
The welded and stress-relieved monoblock structure guarantees stability over time; the back gauge on recirculating ball screws and linear guides ensures rapid and precise movements. The result is repeatable angles along the entire bending length. European attachments, quick clamping and front arms on linear guide compress setup times and make changes smooth.
Configuration occurs at order phase: from simple X–R up to X1–X2, R1–R2, Z1–Z2 with ΔX (±125 mm) for asymmetric pieces; CNC crowning, angle measurement and sheet-followers for long sheets are available. With the Cloud option you have status dashboards, reports, alarm history, program transfer and cameras: more process control and fewer unexpected stops.
