Technical-commercial intro – Royal TubeMega
Royal TubeMega is the platform for large diameter tubes and long bars. It integrates automatic “chain loader” loading and automatic “chain unloader” unloading as standard, so the flow doesn’t stop between one bar and another. These 3-chuck versions allow 0 mm waste on the last cut. The structure with synchronized chucks (driver + central, and third chuck), 2+2 jaws with automatically regulated pressure and servo-controlled supports keeps deflections and vibrations under control; center finding ensures correct positioning of holes/slots even with imperfect profiles. The typical dynamics of the series (X up to 80 m/min; A 150–320°/s depending on the model) keeps the number of pieces/hour high even on programs with many rotations.
