Technical-commercial intro – RoyalBend E-Compact
RoyalBend E-Compact brings the advantages of servo-electric bending in compact formats: reduced consumption, contained noise and less maintenance thanks to the absence of oil circuit. The transmission with recirculating screws and servo-drive guarantees prompt response and angle repeatability even on variable batches, with immediate benefits on cycle times and operating costs.
The high-speed rear gauge runs on linear guides with screw movement for rapid and robust positioning; X-R configurations are available and, where required, Z1-Z2 and Delta X for asymmetric parts. Programming is intuitive: 2D/3D touch with simulation (based on the chosen control) and possibility to prepare jobs offline, so the machine remains productive.
Compact in dimensions but complete in equipment, E-Compact is the ideal choice for those who want to accelerate pieces/shift in contained spaces, with constant quality and favorable cost control typical of servo-electric press brakes.
