RoyalBend Electric brings the advantages of electric belt transmission to bending: reduced consumption, contained noise and greater machine availability thanks to the absence of oil circuit, with immediate benefits on costs and environment. The ready dynamics and cycle repeatability help to stabilize the angle even on variable batches, transforming quotes into finished parts more quickly.
The high-speed back gauge, on recirculating screws and linear guides, is designed for precision and durability; it is configurable with X–R and, where required, with Z1–Z2 and ΔX ±125 mm for asymmetrical parts. Programming is intuitive: 2D/3D touch with simulation (based on the chosen control), with the possibility to prepare jobs offline. To complete the package: CNC motorized crowning, angle measurement laser, sheet-followers AP3/AP4 and CE safety packages with front barriers/lidar LC-5.
In summary: an efficient, silent and precise press brake, designed to increase pieces/shift while reducing consumption and maintenance — with the flexibility to grow when production requires it.
