Technical-commercial intro – RoyalBend Smart
RoyalBend Smart is the hydraulic press brake designed for everyday production: guided touch interface with material/tool libraries and assisted sequence calculation quickly takes you from drawing to part, reducing attempts and scrap. Programming is clear (up to 2D/3D depending on the chosen control) and can be prepared offline where provided, so the machine remains available for production.
The monoblock structure guarantees stability over time, while the servo motor back-gauge on ball screws and linear guides ensures rapid and repeatable positioning: the angle remains consistent along the entire bending length. As standard you find European attachments and sliding front arms; on request you can add crowning (manual or CNC) and sheet-followers for long sheets.
In summary: a machine that is simple to use, reliable to manage and convenient to own — designed to transform quotes into finished parts faster.
