Technical-commercial intro – Royal TubePro
Royal TubePro has been designed to provide pace and continuity to laser cutting of tubes and profiles (round, square, rectangular and, where provided, open profiles). The platform works with bars from 6.5 m or 8.5 m depending on the model and covers diameters up to Ø 220 mm, maintaining positioning accuracy ±0.20 mm (over 1 m) and repeatability ±0.05 mm. The synchronized spindle group (driver + central) with 2+2 jaws with regulated automatic pressure operates together with servo-controlled supports to contain flexions and vibrations throughout the cycle.
Loading/unloading automation is configurable: the line includes automatic loading from bundle with chain transfer and automatic unloading (availability and equipment vary by model), with center finding and centering functions to ensure correct position of holes/slots even with imperfect bars. The typical axis dynamics (X 60 / Y 60 / Z 30 m/min; rotation A 840°/s) reduces positioning and rotation times for parts with many radial operations.
